The Authority attained certification to ISO 9001:2015 Standard on 6th October 2017.  This standard emphasizes on Risk based thinking and continual improvement, thus the need to integrate our Enterprise Risk Management Framework to the Quality Management System (QMS). The Authority conducts periodic review of the system to ensure continuous improvement as well as maintain conformity. This will enhance CAK Stakeholders trust of receiving internationally acceptable service standards which is the commitment of the Authority under the Quality Management System.
