THE COMPETITION AUTHORITY SIGNS M.O.U WITH THE ANTI-MONOPOLY BUREAU OF THE MINISTRY OF COMMERCE OF THE PEOPLES REPUBLIC OF CHINA

The Competition Authority of Kenya (CAK) has signed an MOU with the Anti- monopoly Bureau of the Ministry of Commerce of the People’s Republic of China (MOFCOM). This comes in recognition of the benefit of technical cooperation between CAK and MOFCOM in enhancing an environment in which the sound and effective enforcement of competition law and policy supports the efficient markets and economic welfare of the citizens our country.
