Deletion of User information on CAK'S Mobile Application
The Competition Authority of Kenya (CAK) places a high premium on data privacy and the processing of data collected through our various digital-based platforms. Users of the CAK's mobile application can request for all their information to be deleted from our database through submitting a formal request to info@cak.go.ke
Upon receipt of the request, the CAK shall delete the user's information, including their name, email address and phone number. This deletion shall be conducted within the shortest time possible.
